By using Nora & Nico, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who may use Nora & Nico

Nora & Nico is designed for parents and caregivers aged 18 or older. It is not intended for use by children directly. You are responsible for ensuring the service is used appropriately within your family.

Free and paid access

Nora & Nico offers limited free access and a paid subscription plan. Free story limits apply to anonymous and registered free users. Paid subscribers receive unlimited story generation and additional features as described on the pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us.

Content you provide

You are responsible for the content you submit to generate stories. Do not submit sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to personalize a story. Do not submit content that is harmful, illegal, or inappropriate.

Generated stories

Stories generated by Nora & Nico are created using AI and are intended for personal, family use. They are not professional, clinical, or therapeutic content. We do not guarantee that generated stories will be perfect, accurate, or free of errors.

Intellectual property

You own the stories generated for your family. Nora & Nico retains no rights to use your personal story content for any purpose other than providing the service.

Limitation of liability

Nora & Nico is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
